Circuit Court Jury Postponement Request Form


This request form is for a one–time transfer of Greenville County Circuit Court jury duty. Your summons will read "State of South Carolina Juror Summons for Circuit Court". [See an example]
If your request can be accomodated, the clerk will assign you to a week listed on the court calendar that is available and is close to your request. Please list three alternate dates.
If your summons is for another court, such as Magistrate Court, you will need to contact the correct court listed on your summons direct by telephone.
