Memorandum Polices for Greenville County Court of Common Pleas
Motions filed and scheduled before the following Judges have certain requirements that must be followed.
It is the filing party’s responsibility to notify all opposing parties of these requirements.
Failure to do so may result in dismissal of your motion.
Attorneys must e-file all briefs and or memorandums with the Clerk of Court according to the time requirements listed below.
Pro Se parties must file the original brief or memorandum with the Clerk of Court AND deliver a hard copy to the judge’s chambers
following the time requirements listed below. The moving attorney is responsible for notifying opposing counsel of this requirement.
