In order to Bid on an item, you must register with Gov Deals first. After you've entered the GovDeals website, make sure you read the GovDeals Bidders Agreement first. Once you've accepted the Bidders Agreement, follow the instructions on the website. It is NOT necessary to register to check what's available.
