HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CITIZEN COMMENT SESSION

This session is limited to topics that are not currently on the Council's agenda.
On-line registration will open at 4:45 p.m. on Monday, April 8, 2024, and will close at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday, April 9, 2024.
Once speakers submit their registration, a confirmation will be sent to the email address used to register.
In-person sign-ups will start at 4:30 p.m. the day of the meeting and will continue for the duration of the meeting.
On-line speakers need to check in before entering the Conference Room
All speakers will be called upon in the order they registered and will be allowed up to three (3) minutes to make their comments.
No speaker may use language that is obscene, disruptive, scurilous, or recklessly defamatory.
