In our continuing effort to provide good customer service, we are now offering the convenience of submitting the marriage application worksheet online. When you visit our office to submit and sign the required application form, the information you submit here will be downloaded onto the state application form. Preparing this online will save you time in our office and will ensure accuracy in the spelling of your names.

SC Law requires that both applicants sign a certification as to the accuracy of the information contained in the application form. To complete the process and get your license, the original application and certification must be signed by both applicants and submitted to our office.

Payment of the marriage license fee (payable in cash or by VISA, MasterCard or Discover credit card) must be tendered at the time applicants visit our office to finish the application process. THERE IS A 24 HOUR WAITING PERIOD FROM THE TIME THE APPLICATION IS SUBMITTED. THE LICENSE CAN BE MAILED OR ONE OR BOTH APPLICANTS MAY RETURN AND PICK UP THE LICENSE. REMEMBER TO FACTOR IN STATE AND FEDERAL HOLIDAYS, OUR OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED.
