Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Reconsideration
On January 14, 2025, County Council reconsidered the adopted Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) and has directed it to Council's Committee of
the Whole for further review and potential amendments. As this review process is underway, the existing Zoning Ordinance, Tree Ordinance and
Land Development Regulations will remain in effect until further notice. We appreciate your patience as we work through this process to ensure
that our development regulations best serve the needs of Greenville County.
