Deed Copy
Please Note: Once you pay off your mortgage, the Register of Deeds does not automatically send you a copy of your deed.
When you purchase property in Greenville County, you normally receive your deed the day you closed on that property. If you need a
copy of your Deed, you can print a copy on your personal computer for free using our public search. Click here for instruction to our
online Greenville County Property Records Search Tool.

ATTENTION:
If you are still using Internet Explorer with the image viewer applet that allows you to print directly from the viewer, please be advised this functionality will end next
month. According to our developers "The viewer no longer meets the security requirements of any modern browser". Our new more secure viewer works in all major windows based browsers,
and is the current default viewer in the search application. If you have questions please let me know.
