You may visit our office, and our staff will assist you in obtaining copies of documents. Please know the name of the
person who owns the property or the book & page of the document. Our office is located in Suite S-2100 of Greenville County
Square; normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00.

- Plats (larger than 11x17): $2.00 per page

Phone Request
You may call our records department 864.467.4629 and request copies of documents. Please know the book & page
number of the document you need. You may pay for the documents by credit card (please be aware that we add a 3% surcharge for credit cards).

- Plats (larger than 11x17): $5.00 per page
- Certification: $10.00 per document if picking the document up in the office. $11.00 per document if requesting the document to be mailed back. (includes postage & handling)
Mail Request
Mail your request to 301 University Ridge, Suite S-2100, Greenville, SC 29601. Please include the book and page
number of the documents and address the check to Greenville County.
